Appointment Scheduling: An appointment is set for the same or next day to finalize the discussion.

Property Analysis: The LIM collaborates with the Underwriting Team of Land Experts to analyze the property details, assess its market value, and prepare a fair cash offer for the seller.

Offer Presentation: Within 24 hours of qualifying the seller, the Land Acquisitions Manager (LAM) connects with the seller at the scheduled appointment.
